Had an amazing time at this hotel during Christmas! The location was just perfect, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom that had an awesome shower. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. One of the highlights was the delicious and hearty breakfast overlooking the sea - it was the perfect start to the day! And to top it all off, they even had a telescope and binoculars set up to spot Orcas swimming by!

To be honest, there were no major downsides to our experience. The only slight difficulty was finding the hotel on Google maps, but with a bit of patience, we managed to get there without any hassle.

stayed at highfield in gills before and was pleasantly surprised during my long term stay. the room was huge and clean, with a great walk-in shower. the breakfast overlooking the sea was excellent, with vegetarian and vegan options available. the owner was very nice and the location was quiet and isolated.

The terrace at Highfield was a delightful surprise. As I sipped my morning tea, basking in the sunlight, I couldn't help but feel like royalty overlooking my own private garden. It was as if I had stepped into a picture-perfect postcard, only this time, I was living it.
